She Brews Coffee is a local coffee shop located on the military base in Fort Irwin, California. Their menu is filled with fun staples and rotating seasonal drinks that can all be customized however you like. I personally love the banana bread chai and I can’t wait for the summer blueberry drinks to make their return. The customization options are endless with the ability to choose different flavors, milk options, soft top add ons, and number of espresso shots you like added to your drink.

One unique thing about She Brews Coffee is that it is a home based business and is run entirely out of the home of owner and founder Cierra Schmitt. Cierra and her team take mobile orders from their website, mix up the drinks in the family kitchen, and then run them out to their customer’s car curbside. All of this takes only a couple of minutes and is typically faster than your local Starbucks drive through.

While She Brews Coffee is currently home based they aspire to grow to having a storefront in the future. The have recently acquired a mobile trailer and plan to renovate it as type of coffee shop food truck.
