If you ever have the chance to travel to Oahu, Hawaii be sure to take it. Oahu is one of the most special places on earth and is very dear to my heart. I feel most at home on this little green island in the pacific. I hope to be privileged enough to call it home again some day. Since the day I moved off island I have been itching to go back and in January 2021 I finally had that opportunity.

My first stop after landing in Honolulu was driving to the north shore to enjoy one of my favorite acai bowl locations. Then I hit the beach and soaked in the views I had been missing for over a year now. I love the way the mountains meet the sea here in Hawaii.

During the couple weeks I got to spend on island I made sure to indulge in all my favorite local restaurants. I also adventured all over the island. From driving through Haleiwa, to hiking mountains, to swimming in waterfalls, to diving with turtles, I did a little bit of everything. I even got to visit my old house from when I lived on the island! This trip was just what my soul needed and I already can’t wait to travel to Oahu, Hawaii again soon!
